A few missed lessons can make a whole weekend seem owed to the course. You begin a long catch-up session and lose interest before reaching the material you need next.

Check the course structure or ask the teacher which work is necessary to continue. Some tasks are prerequisites; others may be optional practice. Choose a manageable amount that addresses the next dependency.

Keep a realistic return plan

Place the remaining work in available sessions rather than assuming one free day can hold everything. If there is a formal deadline, discuss an extension or revised arrangement through the appropriate process.

After the first catch-up session, review the amount you completed and adjust the rest. A plan based on that attempt is more useful than one based on the wish to be fully caught up by Sunday night. Keep any questions you encounter together so you can obtain help without repeatedly stopping. You may need a different course pace if the normal workload consistently exceeds what your week can support.
