You book one group dinner and soon every outing begins with a message asking you to find somewhere. You enjoy seeing people, but the research and reminders are becoming more work than you want to do.

Say what you can organise this time. Perhaps you can make a booking once the group chooses a venue, or suggest two places while somebody else collects the replies. Give the group a useful way to divide the remaining work.

Make the next turn explicit

For recurring plans, suggest rotating the organiser. Agree on what that person handles and keep the arrangement simple enough to follow. People may prefer a smaller outing when the planning effort becomes visible.

If nobody takes the next step, let the plan remain undecided instead of automatically rescuing it. You can send a final note explaining what is still needed. Continue to join the activities you want to attend without assuming that attendance obliges you to coordinate every detail behind them.
