A household subscription begins for one person and gradually becomes a shared cost. Nobody has revisited whether the arrangement still fits everyone's use.
Check the provider's current rules for sharing and the plan you actually have. Then discuss who wants to keep using it and how the cost will be handled. Do not assume equal use or equal ability to contribute.
Name the review point
If use changes, agree on when you will reconsider. A renewal date can be a practical moment, provided you leave enough time to change the plan under its terms. Keep account access and payment details with the appropriate person.
Before cancelling or downgrading, confirm what will happen to other users' data or access. Give them time to save what they need through the service's normal features. The conversation can stay simple: who needs this now, which permitted plan fits, and what contribution has each person agreed to? Save the arrangement in a place everyone involved can refer to later.
