Sunday planning can begin with tomorrow's meeting and end with a long inventory of things you did not do. The list grows while the available evening gets smaller.

Start with Monday's fixed commitments. Check what you need to bring or prepare, then choose one important task that fits around them. Put other remembered jobs on a separate list to consider during the week.

Stop at readiness

Once you know the first appointment, the preparation and the next task, decide whether anything else truly needs attention tonight. A full review can have its own time if you find it useful. It does not need to sit inside every Sunday evening.

If Monday still begins with a scramble, inspect the missing preparation rather than expanding the review automatically. Perhaps you needed to check a train time or make a shared arrangement earlier. Add that specific step next week. Leave the rest of the evening available for what you intended to do before you opened the calendar.
