If the action needs information or approval, identify who will provide it and when. A named owner cannot complete a task whose prerequisite remains unassigned.

Send a concise decision note through the group's normal channel. Include the action, owner and timing, along with any unresolved condition. Avoid filling the note with every part of the discussion unless those details are required. At the next check, ask about the agreed action instead of restarting the conversation from the beginning. If the owner changes, confirm the handover directly so the responsibility does not become another silent assumption.
